Stefan has over 20 years of experience in the investment sector, having founded and managed firms and funds, including in Real Estate. His expertise in structuring companies and projects is key to the company’s strategy. As on-site project manager, he oversees the budget, timeline, and execution.
Henrik founded his own IT company in Sweden at a young age and now oversees administration, technical solutions, CRM, and project management systems. He also manages client relations, investment tracking, website updates, and monthly reports.
With nearly 20 years in construction, Jimmy brings strong expertise and leadership. He has run his own painting business, worked with top Scandinavian firms, and managed residential projects. His material knowledge and hands-on approach ensure precise, efficient, and high-quality end results.
With over 15 years of experience in luxury interior architecture. Cathrine has led global design teams on prestigious residential and commercial projects. Her portfolio includes collaborations with renowned property developers on iconic developments around the world.
