CREEK HARBOR

This newly built apartment had great potential, and we’ve elevated it with thoughtful upgrades to maximize space and functionality. By removing the original maid’s room and adjacent bathroom, we were able to reconfigure the layout—shifting an interior wall to significantly enlarge the kitchen.

This allowed us to introduce a stylish kitchen island, adding both extra storage and
ample workspace, while enhancing the overall aesthetic. To add warmth and character, we installed real wood paneling in the living room and hallway. In
place of the former maid’s quarters, we’ve created a versatile open office and guest room—offering a more practical and modern use of the space.

The renovation was completed with the installation of premium real wood parquet flooring throughout the home, bringing everything together with a timeless, elegant finish.
